Fat… I have to do something!

I have been eating and don’t know why the freaking hell!!!!! Or is it that I have got used to skip breakfast and lunch at school? hmmmm Well I don’t know but I AM FAT! Hell no girls! I’m not going to let you down! Dear stupid food, you’re not winning this war! SAY YES TO THE SKINNY BODY YOU WANT!

Tips!

So… I found out this today:
•If you want to make people think you eat enough, stay longer at the table. (Even if you’re finished.)
•Eat slower, people will think you ate more than you really did.
•When you serve your own food spread it across the plate. It will look like it’s way *much* more than it actually is.
